Hempacco Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: HPCO) acquired certain assets from Simtech LLC, MJAC Vending LLC, and Bear Air LLC. The deal includes 120 Nayxs and vending machines with more than 77 active booth placements and any Disney-branded kiosks owned by Simtech.
Kentucky
Starting in January, Kentucky residents can begin applying for medical cannabis cards, but doctors and advanced practice registered nurses can now apply to the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure or the Kentucky Board of Nursing, respectively, to become medical cannabis practitioners.
